IRISH EXCESS DEATHS: CSO Confirmation & Orwell’s ‘Memory Hole’.
The CSO has indirectly confirmed excess mortality rates in a recent publication and come up with a way to ‘hide’ current and future excess death rates.
Here is a link to this CSO publication on 4/10/2023 which I would encourage you to research further.
It was issued quietly and ties in with the lies and half truths put forward by ‘Official Ireland’ in response to questions put to a TD about the extraordinary rate of excess mortality in Ireland. I addressed this in my previous Substack article.
What is happening now is even more sinister.
I realise this is long and at times complicated but please stick with it as I believe this is vitally important in understanding how ‘Official Ireland’ is going to ‘disappear’ excess mortality in the coming years while not actually directly acknowledging what is going on at the moment.
I am going to highlight some important points which are confirmed directly, but mostly indirectly, in this report as regards excess mortality in Ireland since 2020.
Confirmation of reliability and timeliness of rip.ie data:
One of the key findings of the report is “Analysis of death notices (rip.ie) provides high quality mortality estimates between 12 and 24 months earlier than official data”. The CSO had previously confirmed this but it’s important to stress it again because of what follows.
Confirmation that ‘Covid Deaths’ are not just those those who died of Covid:
In discussing attempts to agree a new baseline period, the report states “COVID-19 confirmed deaths include people who died with and of COVID-19”. This confirms Varadkar’s statement on the matter.
Attempt to bluff that ‘Covid Deaths’ account for excess mortality:
The CSO comments on the above graph as follows: “Fig. 1 clearly shows the significant rise in death notices in March to April 2020 and January to February 2021 in line with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. From July 2021 to September 2022, there continues to be a general trend of Covid-19 deaths reported that follows the overall rise and fall in the number of weekly death notices”.
On reading this and viewing the similarity of both lines on the graph, you are ‘invited’ to believe that ‘Covid 19 deaths’ are the cause of any excess mortality present. They don’t say this, but that’s the unsaid implication for these periods which needs to be nailed as false and without foundation.
March & April 2020: It’s my view that this spike in deaths was caused by deliberate and disastrous nursing home policies but this can’t be proven or unproven from the graph. Notice they say the deaths are ‘in line with the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic’, and not that they died of Covid. Words are so important “when we practice to deceive”.
January & February 2021: We are invited to believe that this spike in deaths is due to Covid 19. The problem with this is it coincides with the roll out of Covid 19 vaccine to those age 65+, who account for the vast majority of ‘Covid deaths’. The unavoidable conundrum here is : if the vaccine was ‘safe and effective’ then surely the vast majority couldn’t be ‘Covid deaths’ and if they are not ‘Covid deaths’, then what killed these people?
July 2021 to September 2022: Again you are invited to believe that any excess mortality in this period is due to ‘Covid deaths’. The following table shows that this is false and leaves the unanswered question for ‘Official Ireland’; if this excess mortality is conclusively not due to Covid 19, then what is the cause?
Might I suggest that the roll out of the Covid 19 vaccine to over 90% of the adult population from January to July 2021 had something to do with it.
October 2022 onwards: For this period the CSO says : “From the start of October 2022, we can see that while there was again a rise in reported Covid-19 deaths, the corresponding increase in death notices was at a much greater rate. This rise in death notices, particularly around the peak in December 2022, closely aligns with HSPC weekly reports which noted very high levels of Influenza and Other Respiratory Viruses circulating in the community at this time”.
Again what is important here is more what they don’t say than what they do.
The rise in ‘Covid deaths’ was minuscule in October and not a factor. The December mortality increase ‘aligns’ (notice they don’t say, is caused by) with influenza but no opinion is offered on the massive mortality rates that have continued to August 2023.
Silence; in the hope that the Irish people will buy the bluff that ‘Covid deaths’ are responsible for excess mortality.
Attempt to ignore major increase in mortality in 2021 & 2022 in need to normalise rising death rates:
In explaining the relevance of this graph, the CSO says “Between 2010 (27,961) and 2020 (32,856) there was a 17% increase in annual deaths…This long-term trend in mortality is broadly linked to the demographics of the Irish population specifically to the growth in the 65 years and over age group”.
Notice use of the phrase, ‘broadly linked’.
Could you get a looser term in a scientific report?
The are very careful not to attribute the current excess mortality to an aging population because they know it is not true.
What is implied here is that absolute mortality is rising because of our aging population and that this will account for any ‘excess mortality’ in future years.
They offer a 1.7% (17% over 10 years) increase per annum from 2010 to 2020 as proof of this ‘broad link’.
What they don’t tell you is that the rip.ie figure for 2022 is 37185 deaths which means there is a 13.2% increase in the two years since 2020; ie 6.6% per annum.
Has the CSO an answer as to why the rate of increase in mortality per annum jumped nearly 4 times in the last two years when compared to the rate for 2010 to 2020?
Again, this correlates with the vaccine roll out, which of course is not mentioned once in this report.
Attempt to use ‘demographic trends’ to bluff that they account for excess deaths:
The following two graphs are shown together in the report in an attempt to visually fool people into accepting that because both trending lines rise steeply in the coming years, that ‘demographic trends’ will explain any rise in mortality.
In other words, they want to trick the Irish people into believing, ‘there is nothing to see here, so move on.’
The table below compares CSO ‘Projected Annual Deaths’ as above, to actual deaths.
Please note the following important points garnered from this comparison:
(a) 2021 & 2022 are massively out of step with the projections while 2017 to 2020 are not.
(b) 2017 to 2020 are in synch with each other and the projections but it all goes out of synch in 2021 in correlation with the Covid 19 vaccine roll out in January 2021, which of course isn’t noted in the report.
(c) Projections will never be exactly right, but the level of difference is consistent for 2017 to 2020 at 3.8% approx. In 2021, things go pear shaped all of a sudden with the spread jumping to over 3 times the average difference for 2017 to 2020. This is highly significant statistically and as previously stated correlates with the vaccine roll out.
(d) At the current mortality rate per rip.ie, 2023 will be over 12% out of synch with projections which are based on ‘demographic trends’. The CSO are trying to ‘bluff people by analysis’ into thinking that increases in mortality are and will be ‘in line with expectations’. This is not true and they know it.
(e) The CSO and the dwindling Irish population would be better served by them concentrating on why mortality projections to 2030 (13 years), are so far wrong after only three years while using up to date data on ‘demographic trends’.
CSO confirms their excess mortality figures for 2020, 2021 and 2022:
This deliberate mish-mash of a graph below from the CSO report contains their excess mortality figures for 2020 to 2022. You wouldn’t think so by looking at it and that’s deliberate. Let me decipher it for you.
The reasoning behind this graph is to show the effect on how excess mortality rates are calculated using 3 different proposed baselines for comparison. The above graph is deliberately designed to demoralise and get you to move on without considering what it actually says.
The following table, showing excess mortality using the three proposed methods, represents in clear figures what the above graph ‘hides in detail’.
In summary, the CSO produced graph says:
2020 (‘Pandemic Year’): excess deaths was 4.2% regardless of which proposed baseline is used for comparative purposes.
2021: excess deaths was between 11.8% and 13.7% even when using 2020 in the average.
2022: excess deaths was between 11.1% and 17.2%. This is even with using 2021 excess mortality in the baseline which effectively ‘normalises’ these excess deaths.
These are official CSO excess deaths percentages which you will not see in actual readable form in this report just published or in any other ‘Official Ireland’ publication.
The figures are hidden in plain sight in the hope that the public are glassy-eyed in confusion and won’t go digging for them.
It allows ‘Official Ireland’ to say we published the excess mortality figures when ‘the Reckoning’ comes.
Believe me, they know it’s coming and this report and the ‘off the shelf’ reply to TDs is part of their arse covering strategy.
Next time a TD or say a Taoiseach states in public that there is no official confirmation of excess deaths, show them this and ask them to form an orderly queue to the gallows.
Proposal to ‘normalise’ deaths in 2021, 2022 and 2023 for future calculations:
The reasoning behind this report was as a discussion document in trying to come up with a new basis period (baseline) for measuring excess deaths that doesn’t include 2020.
They say 2020 shouldn’t be included in the baseline because it was a ‘pandemic’ year and that there were loads of ‘Covid deaths’. As detailed above, there weren’t ‘loads’ of Covid deaths and of the few branded as such, there is no proof that they were dying ‘of’ Covid and not ‘with’ Covid.
This is the old magicians trick of getting you to focus on the need to exclude 2020 from the baseline and while you are considering this, you miss the fact that they are going to include the excess mortality for 2021, 2022, 2024 etc in the baseline.
The CSO are proposing the following baseline method: “Using a 4-year average that excludes 2020 would seem to be a reasonable compromise for monitoring trends in mortality. Particularly in years so close to the peak of the pandemic..”
The effect of this is that for 2022 and future years comparison purposes, the Covid 19 vax and lockdown damage deaths of 2021, 2022 & 2023 are ‘normalised’ as part of the average for 4 years.
This leads to an under reporting of excess deaths by stealth.
For 2025, the 4 year average for comparison purposes would comprise of 2021 to 2024.
These years have massive excess deaths due to obviously correlated vaccine and lockdown damage.
Under this proposal, if 2024 and 2025 repeated the mortality of 2022 (37000), the CSO would be able to report 2025 mortality as having ‘no material excess deaths’ when in actual fact the excess mortality would be 18%.
I cannot stress how important this is.
The ongoing murderous years of 2021 onwards will be ‘normalised’ for reporting purposes by the CSO and excess deaths will ‘disappear’.
You have been warned.
This proposal is Orwell’s ‘memory hole’ from 1984, on steroids.

Please feel free to share this article with public representatives and anyone you wish especially someone you consider just might be ready to ‘wake up’.
It’s fine to share this info among ‘ourselves’ but my aim is to alert more people to what is going on.
Send it to one person you know went along with the Scamdemic but just might be copping on and risk ‘the ridicule’ of their reaction.
This can be your contribution to the cause.
You might be surprised as a lot of people who fell for it just want someone to ask them about it so they can offload.
Go for it.
What strikes me Patrick is the way they are using over 65 when we are in an era that if someone dies before reaching 75 we consider a young death
Excellent as usual✅🇨🇮
Official Ireland in panic trying to lie their way out🤮😈
