LIDL: The Woke Pied Piper of Irish Sport

I have been threatening to do this article for a long time.

Any visit to my local Lidl, would make my blood boil when walking past this reminder of a recent national campaign they have been running as part of their sponsorship of the Ladies Gaelic Football Association.

I would convince myself to steer clear of this ‘feminist’ minefield but since Gerry O’Neill threw the ball in the other day and pulled hard with this superb article on Globalism and the GAA, I have decided what’s one more target on my back?

A last supper for Globalism & the GAA.

WHAT IS ‘GET BEHIND THE FIGHT’ ?

Lidl have had a major sponsorship deal with the Ladies Gaelic Football Association (LGFA) since 2016 and have helped raised the profile of the sport and themselves in Ireland over that period.

Over €10m in 9 years.

That’s a serious investment and commitment to a niche sport.

All well and good for those concerned ….. until 2023.

Now, with the LGFA suckered in and dependent on Lidl funds, the multi national has put on its ‘Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’ (DEI) boots and would seem to be calling the shots with what was once a grassroots local sporting organisation supporting Gaelic football for females.

This video is a major part in a national TV and social media campaign.

Our heroine lines up for a match and we are shown two different scenarios side by side continuing onto Croke Park for the game.

This is important as ‘Croke Park’, the corporate entity and not the stadium, is the nerve centre of globalist sporting Ireland.

In one scenario, there is minimum support and interest in the match and in the second there is huge support and a major crowd.

On the field, the game is played before both an empty stadium and a full stadium with our heroine being prevented by ‘a glass wall’ from having the experience of the full stadium that men get.

She gets up, grabs the ball and smashes the ‘glass wall’.

The stadium is now full and these words are spoken with the passion of a victim of injustice.

“IT’S TIME TO SMASH INEQUALITY IN SPORT.

FILL EVERY SEAT AT EVERY GAME AND GET BEHIND THE FIGHT”.

The implication is that this girl is prevented from playing in front of a full stadium because of systemic institutional inequality.

The aim of having a full stadium for ladies football matches on a par with the men’s game is a noble one, but if not achieved on merit is meaningless window dressing.

It’s communism in a shiny jersey with everyone waving the same cheap, boring shitty flag.

A ‘Mexican Wave’ for the masses.

The campaign implies that ‘inequality’ instituted by men is preventing women getting what they want and deserve in ladies football.

Do I actually have to point out the similarity of ‘the glass wall’ to ‘the glass ceiling’, which we were bombarded with since the sixties?

You would think they would have tried harder, but that’s the thing about Cultural Marxists; NO IMAGINATION.

This is a not so subtle cross breeding of affirmative action and feminist rhetoric with an overlay of the new ‘Diversity, Inclusivity and Equality’ dictat which now calls the shots for all multi nationals in a globalist world.

First, put men and women on opposing sides then hit them with a good dollop of guilt and shame.

‘Fill every seat at every game’ or YOU are part of the problem.

No, you are not free to decide what games you wish to attend using whatever barometer you wish in choosing.

‘Fill EVERY seat at EVERY game’ or slink off and hang your head in shame and guilt for wanting to spend your own hard earned cash as you see fit.

And don’t you dare look your daughter in eye unless you apologise.

While they divide us, our pockets are emptied and a subtle message is drilled into the heads of young girls which aims to perpetuate this division.

Divide, conquer and get ‘them’ to foot the bill.

GO WOKE AND GO BROKE:

Now, I could stop there and take the brickbats that will be thrown at me but since I have ‘pulled high over the ball’ I will pull twice as high this time, under the time honoured saying of ‘you might as well get hung for a sheep as a lamb’.

Some might think the LGFA have no choice but to go along with this divisive nonsense because it needs the funds but it is my belief they have been infiltrated by the ‘Woke Mob’.

You can’t have ladies Gaelic football without ladies despite how many lunatics would try to persuade you differently.

I kid you not.

A sporting organisation set up for LADIES has a ‘transgender’ policy.

Instead of 5 pages it should have one line as follows:

‘The clue is in the name, now please move on and play your football somewhere else’.

This is page 1 of a 5 page policy but I have underlined the important bits here, the rest is just guff about forms, applications etc.

As per above : “the Association is committed to the inclusion of Trans-women into the LGFA”.

Grown men who are ‘transitioned or are transitioning’ are allowed to compete against girls in a full contact sport and use the same changing rooms as your 17 yr old daughter.

I have read the whole policy and nowhere does it say ‘Trans-women’ can’t use the same dressing rooms and showers as girls.

So I assume they can.

Well, the LGFA couldn’t do that could they because that would be admitting that ‘Trans-women’ aren’t women and when you have a policy and a sponsor that say different you have a conundrum?

Women’s safety and dignity is being sacrificed to the ‘Lamb of Woke’.

And if that wasn’t crazy enough, it states “this policy applies to all Trans-women, over the age of 12….”

“Over the age of 12” !!!

What they are stating here by omission, is that they believe a boy aged 12 years + 1 day can make a decision about their gender and transitioning and they will recognise this barbaric child abuse as legitimate instead of as a psychological effect of puberty or some other mental illness.

This has way more implications than I can address here.

The date of ratification of this ‘Transgender Policy’ is 15th February 2023 and the ‘Get Behind the Fight’ campaign starts in 2024.

No coincidence.

Lidl have played ‘the long game’ since 2016 and are now calling the DIE shots.

It seems the LGFA has been taken over and is actively pursuing policies contrary to its original aims.

Are you happy to entrust your young girls to this captured organisation, because below is an example of where it leads.

This deluded muscle bound ‘woman’ is allowed to tackle and tog out with girls of this age.

The players and members of the LGFA need to take back control of what was once a great organisation for women’s sport or parents will act with the safety of their young girls in mind and the LGFA will find out the meaning of ‘Go Woke and go Broke’.

What sane parent is going to encourage their daughter to pursue a sporting career over 15 years in this local environment when we have reached the stage of this in the Olympics.

Imane Khelif, above, defeated Angela Carini to win Olympic Women’s boxing gold last week.

Khelif had previously being banned by the IBA for failing a ‘gender test’.

Carini retired 46 seconds into the first round after Khelif landed only one punch saying she had never been hit so hard in her boxing life.

Look at the face on the ref.

The hamster in his head is doing ninety and screaming WTF!!!! at the top of its voice.

Keep this is mind when your daughter is starting out in her sporting life.

Do you want her committing to a sport where this endgame is possible?

This was sanctioned by the International Olympic Committee where ‘woke’ calls the tune.

Lidl sing and dance to the same globalist tune and in doing so are a brightly coloured pied piper that aims to lead Irish children into the ‘tunnel of woke’.
